The Government Procurement Reform Act of 2003, officially designated as Republic Act No. 9184, prescribed the period of issuance of notice to proceed to supplier for the procurement of goods and services and infrastructure projects, and consultancy services for at least twenty-six (26) and thirty-six (36) calendar days, respectively.
